The Department of Sanskrit, Pali, Prakrit and Oriental Languages at the University of Allahabad organized a Distinguished Lecture under the Rishi Vyakhyanmala series on "Cosmic Evolution: From Centrifugal to Centripetal movements (Advaita- Dvaita advaita Philosophical System)" on August 8th at 3:00 PM in the Library Hall of the department.  The event featured Acharya Divyachetanananda Avadhuta, Central Public Relations Secretary of Ananda Marga Pracharak Samgha, as the Chief Speaker. The program was presided over by Prof. Prayag Narayan Mishra, Coordinator of the Department. Prof. Anil Pratap Giri, also from the Department, was one of the speakers. Dr. Ashish Kumar and Dr. Minakshee Joshi, Assistant Professors from the Sanskrit Department, were the Coordinators of the event. Acharya Divyachetanananda Avadhuta spoke on the processes of cosmic evolution, explaining the three forces: physical force resulting from physical clash, psychic force from psychic clash, and spiritual force emanated from the attraction of the Great, as per Shrii Shrii Anandamurtiji's philosophical treatises "Ananda Sutram" and "Idea and Ideology." He explained in detail how, in cosmic evolution, centrifugal movement transforms the subtle into crude, while centripetal movement transforms crude into subtle. He connected this with physics, noting that when manifestation begins, one becomes many, and many become one. This aligns with the Ananda Marga Philosophy's belief in the transition from Advaita to Dvaita and vice versa, signifying the process from one to many and many to one. The philosophy advocates for absolute monism and oneness with God. While Advaita Vedanta states that Brahma is truth and the world is an illusion (Jagat is Mithya), the Ananda Sutram introduces a nondualist- dualist-non dualist approach, asserting that Brahma is truth and Jagat is relative truth.  Prof. Anil Pratap Giri emphasized the unique contribution of Advaita- dvaita- advaitavada to Indian philosophical discourse, especially Advaita Philosophy. He praised Shrii Shrii Anandamurtiji for systematically elaborating the concepts of centrifugal and centripetal forces, which scientifically validate the manifestation of the universe. He explained that centrifugal force diversifies the universe, while centripetal force unifies it. Prof.Giri highlighted the transdisciplinary nature of the "Ananda Sutram, noting its relevance to various academic disciplines, including Applied Sanskrit, Political Science, Social Science, Geography, Economics, Physics, and Biology. He urged emphatically that further research is required on this subject to benefit academia with its intellectual heritage.  The event was attended by several esteemed faculty members, including Dr. Nirupama Tripathi, Dr. Vinod Kumar, Dr. Renu Kochhar Sharma, Dr. Lalit Kumar, Dr. Kalpana Kumari, Dr. Vikas Sharma, Dr. Sant Prakash Tiwari, Dr. Pratibha Arya, Dr. Nandini Raghuvanshi, Dr. Tej Prakash, Dr. Walkhade Bhupendra Arun, Dr. Sandeep Kumar Yadav, Dr. Rajani Goswami, Dr. Prachetas Shastri, and Dr. Lekharam Dannana. Over 200 students and research scholars also attended this insightful and valuable academic event.  Acharya Divyachetanananda Avadhuta Central Public Relations Secretary
