Acharya Divyachetanananda Avadhuta, Central Public Relations Secretary, Ananda Marga Pracharak Samgha was the Chief Speaker. Prof.Prasanta Kumar Mahala, Dean Faculty of Arts, Commerce and Law, Raiganj University, Uttar Dinajpur chaired the session. Mr. Atanu Adhya, Convener & Coordinator, Department of Sanskrit, Raiganj University, Uttar Dinajpur was also present. Acharya Divyachetanananda Avadhuta said that three approaches of Shrii Shrii Anandamurtiji's Philosophy. First he explained that in manifestation of the world' through two movements namely centrifugal movement from subtle to crude and Centripetal movement from crude to subtle manifestation has taken shape. In the spiritual philosophy of Shrii Shrii Anandamurtijii's book Anandasutram both terminologies are known as Sanachar and Pratisanchar dhara. He further also added that there are three evolutions processes which operate within unit structure. 1.  Physical force resulting from Physical clash 2. Psychic force resultant from psychic clash 3. Spiritual force emanated from the attraction of the great. In the second stage, he has*spoken  on Neohumanism. First he said that Humanity is the total perfection and imperfection of human beings and when we get  noble or higher ideas, it is humanism. What is Neohumanism?* Humanism of the past, Humanism of present and newly explained future humanism is Neohumanism. In other words, the underlying spirit of humanity is extended to everything animate and inanimate is known as Neohaminism. There are three  goals of Neohumanism : Spirituality as a cult, Spirituality as a Principle and Spirituality as mission. Lastly he elaborated Progressive Utilisation Theory of Shrii P. R. Sarkar. He said that according to the Socio Economic development program there are two essential factors: Guiding Philosophy and Economic Program. Here guiding Philosophy means Universal Humanism and under*
*economic program minimum Guarantees, rational distribution, Decentralized economic planning, Cooperative, balanced economy etc come. When talking about the world development economy program here we have to mention great economist names from Todaro to Derginicious to Gullet to Amartya Sen in contrast to Shrii P. R. Sarkar's Quadro dimensional Economy of PROUT. In Todaro language " Structure must be conceived of a multi-dimensional process, evolving genidicity, structure, attitudes and restrictions as well as acceleration of economic growth, reduction in inequality and retardation of absolute poverty. Here comes preservation of life,' self esteem and* *Independence according to Amartya Sen. Preservation of life advocates food, cloth.medicine, education & Shelter according to PROUT.In contrast to this, In Shri P. R. Sarkar's Economic theory first will come the physical, then psychic and lastly the spiritual sphere of life. In comparison to the world's developing economy, PROUT'S People's Economy and Psycho Economy are unique and unparalleled. The program was organized by Mr. Atanu Adhya, Coordinator, Department of Sanskrit, Raiganj University, Uttar Dinajpur.
